• Orders with a final cart value of Rs.200 or more are eligible for processing.
• Our average order processing time is 1-5 business working days.
• During store-wide and super popular sales, our processing times may be longer.

Order Delivery

Once your order is processed, it will be picked up by one of our logistics partners (DTDC, Bluedart, or Delhivery for domestic orders, and DHL for international orders). The logistics partner will be assigned to your order based on your delivery location. For example, most orders to South India are assigned to DTDC, while orders to North India are assigned to Bluedart or Delhivery.

The delivery time will vary depending on your location. For domestic orders, you can expect to receive your order within 1-7 working days from the day it is picked up. For international orders, the delivery time will vary depending on the destination country.
